These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mmg6 platform, including all gaming products, payment services, promotions, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
References to any statute or statutory provision include all amendments and re-enactments thereof. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
2.1 Minimum Age. The mmg6 Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. mmg6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds returned to the verified payment method on record, and any winnings forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the mmg6 Platform. Duplicate accounts, regardless of whether they use different email addresses or mobile numbers, are prohibited. mmg6 may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. mmg6 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). mmg6 may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time at mmg6's discretion. Required documentation may include a copy of a government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.5 Self-Excluded Individuals. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from mmg6 or who are subject to a self-exclusion or exclusion order under any applicable jurisdiction are not permitted to register or maintain an account. Registration under such circumstances constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mmg6 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 All activity conducted through your mmg6 account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are in use — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. mmg6 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential confidentiality.
3.3 You agree to notify mmg6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
3.4 mmg6 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available free of charge to all registered Players. mmg6 reserves the right to require 2FA verification for certain account actions including withdrawals and account detail changes.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. mmg6 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, Maybank2u FPX, CIMB Clicks FPX, and Public Bank FPX. The list of supported payment methods may be amended at mmg6's discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mmg6 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is RM20. mmg6 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. mmg6 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but does not guarantee specific settlement times, which may be affected by banking and e-wallet processing schedules outside mmg6's control.
4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your mmg6 Wallet are sourced from legitimate means and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. mmg6 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory evidence is not provided.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a genuine mmg6 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mmg6 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the mmg6 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (Sportsbook, mmg6 Casino, Slots, Fisher Game) as published on the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that product.
5.2 mmg6 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including but not limited to situations involving incorrect odds published due to a manifest error, system error, or data feed malfunction.
5.3 In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not conclude as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the Sportsbook rules published on the Platform at the time the bet was placed.
5.4 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or by live studio operations under licensing authority oversight for live dealer games. mmg6 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 mmg6 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits, product access restrictions, or maximum payout caps at any time at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns or abuse.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
6.2 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in the mmg6 Wallet. Real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds become withdrawable only upon satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
6.3 mmg6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where mmg6 reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms.
6.4 Only one active welcome bonus per registered account is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mmg6 Platform:
mmg6 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold and/or forfeit any balance associated with such account pending investigation and in accordance with applicable law.
8.1 mmg6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and cool-off periods.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to cease gaming activity may request a self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting mmg6 support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before its expiry will not be processed.
8.3 mmg6 will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded individuals from accessing the Platform, but does not guarantee absolute prevention of access in all technical circumstances. Players are ultimately responsible for adhering to their self-exclusion undertaking.
8.4 The mmg6 Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 and above. mmg6 prohibits underage gambling and will take all practicable steps to identify and remove underage users.

All content on the mmg6 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and database structures — is the property of mmg6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of mmg6.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mmg6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
10.2 mmg6 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free Platform availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system outages, and circumstances beyond mmg6's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. mmg6 is not liable for losses attributable to such unavailability.
10.3 mmg6's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 mmg6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a notice posted on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.2 mmg6 may suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory compliance requirements, or any other reason at mmg6's sole discretion. In the event of termination not attributable to Player misconduct, mmg6 will return any remaining real-money Wallet balance to the verified payment method on record.
11.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting mmg6 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money Wallet balance will be returned in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mmg6 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and mmg6 regarding the Platform or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mmg6's internal dispute resolution process by contacting mmg6 support. mmg6 will acknowledge dispute submissions and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by mmg6's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from mmg6 support.
12.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the mmg6 Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. mmg6 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
